• All employees to receive special payment in recognition of resilience and continued efforts during COVID-19 pandemic

• LIXIL previously honoured the efforts of all employees at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020´

Düsseldorf, February 4, 2021 – LIXIL Corporation (“LIXIL”, TSE Code: 5938), whose brand portfolio also includes the global sanitary brand GROHE, has announced a special payment for its approximately 60,000 employees worldwide. This follows an initial COVID-19-related special allowance provided in March 2020 in recognition of the impact of the pandemic and extraordinary efforts of employees during this time. Combined, the two one-off payments mean employees will receive a total of over EUR 500.
