GERMAN SUPPLY CHAIN DUE DILIGENCE ACT

GROHE'S COMMITMENT TO HUMAN RIGHTS & THE ENVIRONMENT

Both in its own business activities and along the supply chain, the GROHE brand is committed to respecting human rights and protecting the environment – fully in line with the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz or LkSG).

Adam Bryson, member of the Management Board of Grohe AG, has been appointed as Human Rights Officer for the EMENA region and is responsible for the implementation of human rights principles in GROHE's active sourcing and sales markets.

HOW DO I REPORT CONCERNS?

As part of LIXIL, to whose portfolio GROHE has belonged since 2014, the brand relies on the already established "Speak Up!" complaints system. In accordance with the LkSG, human rights or environmental risks or violations within the supply chain can be reported here. All reports are treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and forwarded to the responsible department within the company. In the event of violations, GROHE will initiate appropriate measures.
