This requires not only a constant improvement of products and technologies, but also and most importantly the personal and professional development of our people.
For this reason, we have created our GROHE Master Academy: a department fully dedicated to providing you with best-in-class training solutions, specifically tailored to your personal needs and level. In these training sessions, we focus on product, people and infrastructure to ensure an integrated approach that benefits both you and our customers.


This is the first stage of your working life at GROHE. We want to welcome you into our company and familiarize you with GROHE products and standards as quickly and easily as possible. Our new employees from all international markets participate in an onboarding session including a factory tour, a visit to our headquarters and a meeting with the senior and corporate management. And if you cannot attend in person, you can simply take part in our digital onboarding by visiting the GROHE Campus: a virtual tour of our history, company sites and our product portfolio.


At GROHE, you will be provided with the right tools to continuously develop yourself. And sometimes the best teachers are those who literally practice what they preach and teach on a daily basis: our own employees. GROHExcellence offers you a basic training that maintains and transfers the internal knowledge of our whole company. Our internal experts help you improve your skills, mainly in technical and communicational fields. GROHEfficiency is our advanced training that utilises the help of external experts. They train our future managers and promising talents to strengthen their professional and soft skills.


Learning is more fun when you use innovative technologies. Our e-Training uses a variety of videos, interactive designs, animations and quizzes to motivate you and to make learning fun and yet effective. For example, you can easily enhance your knowledge with our collection of learning cards, a highly mobile knowledge base for your desktop, tablet or smartphone.


In our GROHE Potential System (GPS), our high potentials develop their skills to prepare themselves for positions at managerial level. We use the latest insights in the psychology of learning and embed this process into project work that is tailored to their personal needs. Here they meet with other high potentials from different countries and functional areas, to share experience, ideas and best practices. Together they create synergies and learn from each other on many levels. Every module is practice-oriented, with sessions being led by an experienced coach who will give individual feedback on development needs. Working in teams, our talents also improve their networking and intercultural competencies before presenting their final projects to their sponsors and managers, the executive board and former alumni.
