Refill process for 425 g CO₂ bottles

Your GROHE Blue Home box contains already one 425 g CO₂ bottle – Step 1: Order CO₂ 425 g starter kit which consists of four 425 g CO₂ bottles. Now you have 5 CO₂ bottles at home. – Step 2: As soon you have four empty CO₂ bottles, you order the CO₂ 425 g refill set. Attached to the order confirmation, you will receive a shipping label by email. Print this off and use the label to return the empty bottles (use the same delivery box to return the bottles). – Step 3: After receipt of the empty bottles in our service center, we will send four filled CO₂ bottles right to your home.

How to send back the empty CO₂ bottles 

When you order a refill set you will receive a shipping label by email. Print this off and use the label to return the empty bottles. Please do not forget to cover the UN 1013 symbol with the refill sticker which is enclosed in the delivery pocket on outer side of the package. 
After receipt of the empty bottles in our service center, we will send out your CO2 order.

Step 1

Print out a return label, which you will receive once you have placed an order for the refill kit.

Stick the refill sticker on the return parcel

Step 2

Stick the refill sticker directly over the diamond symbol on the box (UN 1013) and ensure that this symbol is completely covered.

Step 3

Locate your nearest UPS or DHL branch and drop off your parcel for free.

Once your parcel is delivered to GROHE we will then send new, refilled CO2
