Established in 1956, the site has continually advanced production techniques that enhance the durability, appearance, and overall quality of its manufacturing output. Lahr applies state-of-the-art surface finishing methods to a wide range of its showers and shower systems, resulting in visually appealing products that offer superior scratch resistance and long-lasting protection against wear and corrosion.

Commitment to sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of Lahr’s operations. In 2016, the plant took a significant step forward by commissioning a Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP). This facility plays a critical role in reducing the site’s environmental footprint. It generates essential process heat and supplies part of the plant’s electricity needs, resulting in annual savings of up to 2,500 tons of CO₂. This commitment underscores Lahr’s proactive approach to environmental responsibility.
