Robust materials in the timber workshops of the workshop building

The design provides the new college of higher education with a quiet school building and a noisy workshop building. Although there is no spatial link between the two buildings, they correspond with one another due to the use of the same cladding made from orange facing bricks with uneven surfaces.

Vandal-proof, durable and easy-to-clean Skate WC wall plates and stainless steel GROHE Tectron Skate infra-red urinal electronics are used in the sanitary facilities. The needs-driven flow of water also helps to save water and protect the environment.
