O sistema GROHE Blue® Chilled & Sparkling associa ao estilo moderno de uma torneira de design as funções de filtragem de elevado desempenho, refrigeração e gaseificação – sendo tão fácil de usar quanto uma torneira de cozinha comum. O manípulo do lado direito da torneira utiliza-se como sempre para misturar água quente e fria. O manípulo esquerdo que integra o indicador LED colorido regula a quantidade de ácido carbónico na água fresca e filtrada.
Com o acabamento cromado GROHE StarLight®, a torneira tem perlatores internos separados – um para água filtrada e outro para água não filtrada.

Who can say no to the convenience of freshly-filtered water on tap?
With GROHE Blue®, water is more palatable, readily available and,
depending on which model you select, even offers the choice of
still or two levels of carbonation. And once the water has been
filtered it never comes into contact with any metal parts or the
regular unfiltered water.
Refreshingly Simple
The unique GROHE Blue® water systems deliver fresh, great-tasting
filtered water from the convenience of your kitchen faucet whenever
you want it – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An LED display on the
faucet handle indicates when the water filter needs to be changed.
The light flashes when the filter capacity is less than 10%. The
filter lasts up to 12 months, has a capacity of 600 litres and can
be adjusted to the hardness of the water.
Two separate internal waterways – one for filtered water and the other for unfiltered water – and an innovative mousseur ensure that once the water has been filtered it never comes into contact with anything that may taint its taste.

Operation and Carbonation
Fresh, cooled water can be yours from the fitting with a single
turn of the left handle of the GROHE Blue®. The first setting does
not add any carbonic acid, the second setting adds just a little
carbonic acid and the third setting adds more carbonic acid.
The carbonator integrated in the built-in box adds especially fine bubbles of carbonic acid to the filtered and cooled water to produce lightly sparkling or sparkling water according to taste.
The water temperature can also be set to your personal taste: the cooling can be individually regulated between 4 °C and 10 °C.
GROHE Blue® carbonation levels:
The carbonator integrated in the built-in box adds especially fine bubbles of carbonic acid to the filtered and cooled water to produce lightly sparkling or sparkling water according to taste.
The water temperature can also be set to your personal taste: the cooling can be individually regulated between 4 °C and 10 °C.

GROHE Blue® Water Filter System
Nature has a very effective system for perfecting water: the
different layers of soil and rock filter it and give it its unique,
pure taste. The GROHE Blue® filter system works in a similar way:
the water is purified in four phases, giving it an even better
taste. Undesirable substances which impair taste and smell such as
chlorine are removed for great tasting, soft water. Fine particles
and heavy metals are filtered out and the lime content is
reduced.
A further, very pleasant knock-on effect of the GROHE Blue® filter system is the time you’ll save when you no longer need to descale your kettle, coffee maker or iron as frequently as before.

A representative survey which asked consumers to taste GROHE Blue®
water alongside three leading still mineral waters came to the
conclusion that GROHE Blue® water has a much better taste. 73 % of
the consumers surveyed assessed the taste of GROHE Blue® water as
“fresh”. Only 63 % of those surveyed assessed the mineral waters as
having a fresh taste.

Less Environmental Impact
GROHE Blue® combines convenience and a healthy lifestyle in one
environmentally-conscious package. Compared to the pollution and
energy consumption caused by filling and transporting bottled
mineral water, filtering tap water has a negligible environmental
impact. GROHE Blue® saves resources and money, since seven
litres of water are needed to put just one litre of bottled water
on a supermarket shelf. Energy is also saved, as heavy
bottles no longer need to be carried home and time and resources
spent recycling them.
